Vidy Joyce Taylor, 68, of 270 RB Tyndall Lane, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Kenansville Health and Rehab.

At her request no services will be held.

Joyce, born January 3, 1953 in Sampson County, was the daughter of the late Barney Carson Ammons and Tiny Pearl Lane Ammons. She was retired from NC Dept of Transportation and worked at KFC. She was a former member of Butler Hill Pentecostal Holiness Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Katherine Hobbs.

Survivors include; husband, Jerry Taylor; brother, James Ammons and wife Glenda; half-sister, Stephanie Tysor and husband Kenneth; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home of her brother, James, at 506 Blaney Street, Clinton, NC.
